Leads360 Appoints Nick Hedges as President and Chief Executive Officer

Los Angeles – May 3, 2011 – Leads360, the industry leader in sales lead management software, today announced that Nick Hedges has been named President & Chief Executive Officer.

Hedges joined Leads360 in 2008 from Bain & Company. Since that time he has held the positions of SVP of Business Development, Head of Sales, Chief Revenue Officer and, most recently, President. Over the same period revenues have nearly tripled. This growth has largely been driven by Leads360’s transformation from a mortgage-specific lead management software provider to the market leader in integrated sales management and telephony in multiple industry verticals.

Hedges succeeds Dan Morefield, who has stepped down in order to spend more time supporting a family member’s health issues. Morefield will remain an advisor to the company. “Dan brought Leads360 to record levels of revenue and profitability and is handing over the reins to a business that is flourishing,” said John Babcock, a Leads360 board member and Partner at Rustic Canyon Ventures. “We are grateful for his leadership and understand his need to take care of family priorities.
