SMS texting offers the convenience of responding to simple items (appointment reminders, status updates), helps flag more urgent notifications and is the fastest way for people to respond–58% of consumers reply within 10 minutes.
As texting evolves into a new and powerful sales communication tool, there are still biases to overcome and opportunities for education. More than 50% of those surveyed shared that compliance concerns and lack of a technology solution are the main reasons they haven’t included SMS texting into their professional communications mix.
