It’s that time of the year again! Dreamforce 2014, one of the largest business technology events around, is upon us and should prove to be bigger and better than ever. With more than 100,000 attendees expected, 1,400 expert-led sessions on the schedule, and hundreds of networking events taking place, there’s sure to be a lot going on over the four-day period. We’ve scoured the agenda and in this post our intent is to give sales professionals some help in either setting a rich onsite itinerary, or picking out key sessions to watch online.
Let’s begin with the keynotes. Marc Benioff’s keynote on Tuesday is sure to be entertaining and if it’s like past years it will set the tone for the event and provide insight into Salesforce.com’s key areas of focus in the year to come – a market bellwether presentation. If you’re using or considering deploying Sales Cloud, you’ll want to attend the Sales Cloud product keynote on Wednesday.
You should also try to attend one of the five “Sales Summit” sessions on Monday between 10-3pm. The series will include speakers like Tony Robbins, and will touch topics like the significant trends impacting sales organizations today, sales leadership, and strategies to improve sales performance.
